If you need to request an order cancellation, contact Homety as soon as possible at info@homety.shop or +1 (925) 328-5218. Please include your order number.

We will review your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched. If the order has already shipped, contact us for guidance under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Any approved refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable store policy and law. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
